Celebrate Mahashivarathri
As the North Carolina Hindu Association (NCHA) enters its second year, we are excited to begin the 2025 program schedule with the Mahashivarathri Celebration. With the blessings of Lord Shiva, we will commit to working towards having an operating temple in our community by the end of this year.
We are very blessed that Pt. Shridhar Raja ji will be the Purohit guiding us through the rituals. Shridharji is trained in Vedic rituals and will chant the Divya Mantras of Rudrabhishek with proper pronunciations. The detailed program is as follows:

Blessed Shivalingam
This Rudrabhishekam is an excellent opportunity to worship the Crystal Shivalangam that Shridharji recently acquired during the Maha Kumbha Mela 2025. Everyone will offer one cup of milk as Abhishek to the Lord.
